Getting More Direct

During the summer of 2014, Red Sky developed and deployed a successful PR/awareness campaign to promote the Boise Airport’s (then) 17 direct routes and the newly launched United Airlines direct service to Houston route. Given the wide demographic range of prospective customers with different travel motivations, Red Sky worked with Boise Airport leadership to create a campaign spanning earned, owned, paid and shared communication channels for maximum visibility. Red Sky shaped the overall strategy for each component and managed the awareness initiative including creative design and paid placement, while also providing tactical support for social media and the media relations event on site.
